There’s nothing quite like taking a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and heading out on an adventure with friends.

Embarking on a journey from Kathmandu to Trishuli River Beach Camp promises an adventure like no other. As you leave behind the hustle and bustle of the city, you will find yourself immersed in the picturesque beauty of Nepal’s countryside. The journey takes you through winding roads and quaint villages, offering glimpses of the country’s rich culture and history. As you arrive at the Trishuli River Beach Camp, you will be greeted by the serene sound of the river and the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, promising a peaceful and rejuvenating escape. Recently, I had the opportunity to do just that when I joined a group of colleagues from Uniglobe College on a weekend trip to Trishuli River Beach Camp Resort. The experience was one for the books, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Day 1: The Journey Begins

Our adventure started at Uniglobe College’s canteen, where we all gathered to have lunch at 12:00 pm. We were a group of six people, including Surendra Ji, Niraj Ji, Dhirendra Ji, Narayan Ji, Harish Ji, and myself. After finishing our lunch, we headed to the Trishuli River Beach Camp Resort at 1:00 pm.

We had a short rest at Nagdunga at 1:30 pm and had some snacks and cold drinks at Naubise at 3:30 pm. We enjoyed the scenic beauty of the area, and it was a great way to break up the journey. Finally, we reached our destination at around 4:30 pm.

Narayan Ji somehow misread the directions and ended up going ahead 5 km from the destination. We were worried and waited for him for a while. Eventually, he found his way back to us, and we were all relieved, which added a little more adventure to our trip.

We were exhausted after the long journey, but the breathtaking view of the Trishuli River and the surrounding hills refreshed us. After freshening up, we started swimming in the river at around 5:00 pm for 1 hour. The water was chilled, but it was a refreshing experience. After that, we had some snacks provided by the resort at around 6:30 pm, and then we started a campfire and BBQ around 7:00 pm.

The night was full of fun, dancing, and singing. We all had a great time around the campfire until 1 am. After that, we went to our room and slept, ready for another exciting day ahead.

Day 2: Exploring Trishuli River Beach

Day 2 started with the morning wake-up call at 6:00 am. We had a chilled shower and a cup of black tea to energize ourselves. At 8:00 am, we had breakfast, which was delicious and filling. Then we went for a photo session in Trishuli Beach and clicked some photos. The place was so picturesque, and we all wanted to capture its beauty.

Then, we started swimming again at 10:00 am, which was refreshing and rejuvenating. We had lunch at 12:30 pm, and after that, we started packing to return home. We left the resort at around 2 pm, but we stopped at various places to enjoy the scenic beauty of the surrounding areas.

Final Thoughts

The trip to Trishuli River Beach Camp Resort was an incredible experience, and I’m so glad that I had the opportunity to go. From swimming in the river to enjoying a campfire with friends, it was a weekend filled with adventure and fun. The resort staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. The journey to the resort was a bit challenging due to Narayan Ji’s misreading of the directions, but it added to the adventure and gave us something to laugh about. The trip was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed the beauty of nature, the thrill of adventure, and the company of our colleagues. It was a perfect break from our busy schedules, and it helped us to unwind and relax.

I would highly recommend Trishuli River Beach Camp Resort to anyone who loves adventure, nature, and camping. We are already planning our next trip to this beautiful place.
